That time in Austin.

Our love and appreciation for barbecue started where it starts for most others, in Austin, Texas. We have spent the last seven years dedicating our time and energy to learning how to create the Central Texas barbecue experience right here in our home state of Maryland. A passion to cook in our backyard with friends has become something we enjoy doing for our entire community. Were not sure where this barbecue journey will take us. For now, we enjoy sharing our food through pop-ups and catering. Looking forward to seeing you soon

The Cookers.

 

Susie.

In 2017 we had the pleasure of meeting Sunny Moberg from Moberg Smokers and after five minutes of talking to him, we knew he was going to build our first pit. Susie is our 500 gallon offset trailered cooker. She is our favorite child. Perfect for small to medium sized events.

 

Bellatrix.

More brisket needs more smoke, so in 2018 we asked Sunny to build us another offset pit. It took us some time to learn how to cook on this amazing 1000 gallon and at times it got tricky. She is very Lestrange. She’s perfect for large scale events and festivals.
